From 29 to 30 August, 2022, the 10th Asia-Pacific Trade Facilitation Forum (APTFF) was held in Singapore. At the forum, China Customs’ 3S Cases of Innovative Solutions for Trade Facilitation won the APTFF 2022 Trade Facilitation Innovation Award. China Customs attended the forum virtually, presented on its practices of facilitating trade under the vision of “Smart Customs, Smart Borders and Smart Connectivity” (3S), and received the award. The APTFF, organized by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in cooperation with other partners such as the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the World Customs Organization (WCO) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), is a regional platform for the exchange of good practices on trade facilitation. The APTFF 2022 Trade Facilitation Innovation Award aims to encourage stakeholders to enhance supply chain resilience through technology and innovation, and boost the economic recovery of the Asia-Pacific region.
